It’s Official: The Energy Coordinating Agency to Become State-Certified Center

The Department of Labor and Industry (L&I) has named ECA as a certified Weatherization Training Center. In accordance with the State’s Weatherization Training Plan targeting 30,000 Pennsylvania homes for energy efficiency retrofitting over the next three years, L&I will count on ECA to train hundreds of Pennsylvanians for this extraordinary undertaking.
