Homeway Homes, a Peoria, Illinois based modular home builder has entered into an agreement with RESNET to provide new home buyers an important measurement of long-term energy performance of each new home the company builds. The intent of the agreement is to raise consumers’ knowledge of new home energy performance by using RESNET’s HERS Index. Use of the HERS Index will differentiate homes built by Homeway Homes from other builders in their markets.
Homeway Homes markets its homes in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin. All of their homes are labeled as ENERGY STAR Homes. Homeway Homes ranks as one of the largest homebuilders in the country and is ranked by Builder Magazine in the “Nation’s Top 200 Home Builders”.
