Joseph Triolo, Progress Energy’s Florida Statewide Residential Construction Program Manager Appointed to RESNET Ethics and Appeals Committee

Jospeh Triolo has been appointed to the RESNET Ethics and Appeals Committee by committee chairman Lee O’Neal.

Mr. Triolo has an extensive background in construction and affordable housing.  Joe was appointed to Pinellas County’s Housing Authority Board of Commissioners in March 2009 by then Florida Governor Charlie Crist and has served as Chairman of the Board since October 2009. Mr. Triolo was also appointed by Governor Crist to the Judicial Nominating Commission Sixth Circuit. Joe serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Green Building Coalition, the City of St. Petersburg Post Disaster Committee, and the Board of Directors for the Bay Pines Federal Union. Mr. Triolo brings expertise in green initiatives to housing construction and rehabilitation to many various areas in the State of Florida.

The RESNET Ethics and Appeals Committee is responsible for review and determination of quality assurance appeals and ethics violations.
