National Trend to Having HERS® Index Scores as Option to Building Energy Code – Learn More on the Trend and How It Can Effect Your Business

Across the nation there is a trend for code jurisdictions to adopt a HERS® Index Score option to the energy codes.  To date over 150 local and state code jurisdictions have adopted an energy rating option to their codes.

This movement has gained momentum with the International Code Council adopting a Energy Rating Index option in the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code.
