RESNET Appoints Modular and Manufactured Housing Rating Quality Assurance Standard Working Group

HERS® Ratings of modular and manufactured home presents a separate set of challenges for quality assurance oversight.  To address this challenge the RESNET Standards Development Committee 900 – Quality Assurance (SDC 900) has formied a Modular and Manufactured Housing Rating Quality Assurance Standard Working Group.

The working group will develop a standard amendment that will be considered by the SDC 900 to be submitted to the RESNET standard amendment public review and comment process.

RESNET conducted a national recruitment effort for volunteers to serve on the working group.  This included to 7,000 plus members of RESNET’s direct e-mail distribution network and posting on RESNET’s social media.

The following are the individuals that have been appointed to serve on the working group:
