The language of Addendum 6, Section 913.2 was not clear on what exactly was the deadline for an appellant to submit its documentation supporting an appeal of RESNER accredited provider disciplinary action. To clarify the deadline the RESNET Board of Directors adopted a formal standard interpretation. The interpretation states that the deadline is ten business days after the appellant files the notice of appeal.
