

RESNET and the National Insulation Contractors Exchange (NICE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to work together in promoting home energy performance in the U.S.
The major components of the MOU include:
- A NICE representative serves on the RESNET Technical Committee’s Insulation Industry Advisory Council.
- NICE communicating to its members the benefits of becoming RESNET Energy Smart Contractors.
- RESNET communicating to its rater members the benefits of working with NICE members.
- Collaboration with other RESNET strategic allies in influencing federal policies promoting improved energy performance of buildings.
