Upcoming Webinar: Recruiting Locally With the New RESNET ELC Toolkit Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern The RESNET ELC developed this a new recruitment toolkit of resources for rating providers to use to recruit the next generation of HERS® Raters. The toolkit includes a slide presentation with talking points, and various RESNET marketing handouts, infographics, and videos to use when presenting to current and prospective students in high school, trade school, college or nonprofit training programs. We encourage use of the toolkit to: Help build awareness and explain the work of HERS® Raters, Communicate the skills needed to be successful, and Encourage prospective and future professionals to consider a career in homeperformance With the current and future labor shortages, there is the need to encourage more people to join the industry’s workforce, as many current HERS® Raters approach retirement. The RESNET ELC will host a webinar on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern to review the slide presentation and discuss experiences and best practices for outreach and presentations to schools and training programs.
