Overview
Comfy House is a full service Energy Auditing firm. We adhere to RESNET and BPI standards. We are also NAHB verifiers.
Performance testing and building energy modeling services are at the heart of our new home progams to assure IRC 2009 Code and Energy Star compliance. Existing houses involve even more testing to assure efficiency and healthful ventilation.
Unlike many energy auditing firms we also offer Manual J heat loss and gain calculations to assure Energy Star version 3 compliance and accurate retrofit HVAC system sizing.
We also offer thermgraphic studies for the difficult to find thermal issues.Comfy House has also just won the 2011 Energy Star for Homes leadership in housing award.
