Overview
Infrared New England is based in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, owned and operated by Gerald T. Brady. We provide HERS ratings for stretch code communities, energy star homes, and testing for IECC 2009 code requirements.
We are experienced in construction and provide certified HERS ratings for the building industry. Gerald is a certified level III infrared thermographer with more than thirty-five years of hands on experience in building design and construction.
In addition to being a certified HERS rater, Gerald also holds certifications in Building Science Analysis and Building Science Thermography. He presently holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license, Home Improvement Contractor license, and is a current member of the Boston Society of Architects (BSA) and the Builders Association of Central Massachusetts (BACM)
Infrared New England provides HERS ratings that can also include consultations, field inspections, blower door testing, duct testing, and infrared analysis.
