Asbestos Testing and Removal

If you suspect that you have asbestos insulation, DO NOT TOUCH OR DISTURB IT and it will remain harmless. However, if you are planning a remodel or in any way may disturb the asbestos or come into contact with it, you must call a professional to remove it. Exposure to, and continued inhalation of asbestos can cause asbestosis, which is a scarring of the lungs that makes it difficult to breathe, or mesothelioma, a rare cancer of the chest lining or abdominal cavity, or other types of lung cancer.
