Mold & Mildew

Mold and mildew are living organisms that thrive in damp or moist conditions. Even after the visible mold or mildew is removed, it will come back as long as there is moisture (from condensation, plumbing leaks, etc.) and a "food source" such as drywall paper, wood or other organic materials. To make sure the mold or mildew doesn't return, you need to get to the root of the problem and prevent excess moisture.
