This application must be used to renew the Training Provider category for previously approved accreditations for:

You must complete your application below by December 31, 2023 in order to ensure there is not a lapse in accreditation as of January 1, 2024. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Click here to review the fee payment policy for providers.

To keep costs down, as a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, we are now charging $50 to cover merchant services for charged Renewal Fees.
