This application is for currently accredited RESNET® Software Providers completing their annual renewal to continue as a RESNET Software Provider. Use this application to complete the annual renewal required to maintain your current Software Provider accreditation status for previously approved software products. Renewal Deadline and Fees Submit the completed application by December 31, 2026, to avoid any lapse in RESNET Software Provider status effective January 1, 2027. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Renewal Fee and Payment Information The annual renewal fee is $2,750. A $500 late fee will be assessed for applications submitted after November 1, 2026, and a $750 late fee will be assessed for applications submitted after December 1, 2026. Following submission of your renewal application and confirmation of your eligibility to renew, an invoice for the applicable renewal fee will be provided. Credit Card Payment: Click the Pay Online link on the invoice to submit payment by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. ACH Payment: Click the Pay Online link on the invoice to access the bank details and payment instructions needed to process an ACH payment. To avoid the credit card processing fee, payment may be submitted via ACH. Mailed checks are no longer accepted.
