During a session at the 2017 RESNET Building Performance Conference, RESNET introduced the new Emerging Leadership Council (ELC). This group is geared to recruit, mentor, and motivate the future leaders of RESNET and the home building performance industry. After some roadblocks, RESNET is reintroducing the ELC—think version 2.0—with some new focus and new initiatives.
