RESNET approved changes to the Quality Assurance Designee (QAD) certification requirements of the MINHERS® in Addendum 33-2018. QADs will now be able to meet certification requirements by having completed QA field reviews on 10 homes and QA file reviews on 20 homes under the supervision of another QAD.
