Deadline for Submitting Comments is Friday, January 28, 2018 The RESNET Standards Development Committee 300 authorized the release of the second draft of a proposed standard amendment that allows an exception to the requirement for testing duct leakage to the outside when the duct system is located within conditioned space and certain conditions are verified (Addendum L amends Standard ANSI/RESNET/ANSI 301-2014, Standard for the Calculation and Labeling of the Energy Performance of Low-Rise Residential Buildings using an Energy Rating Index). After the comment period, the RESNET Standard Development Committee 300 will consider and document each of the comments submitted and make appropriate changes. Any substantive changes to draft PDS-02 will be submitted for public comment. When there are no more substantive changes the SDC will submit the final draft FDS to the Standards Management Board for approval of its publication.
