RESNET is launching the 2027 RESNET® Professional Development Program, bringing industry insights, and connections directly to our community throughout the year. The program will help HERS® Raters, Providers, and builders stay current, strengthen their businesses, and navigate an evolving market. From February through November, participants will have access to more than 14 live sessions across two complementary tracks: Technical Series — Practical guidance on field verification, quality assurance, software and energy modeling, standards and program updates, and emerging tools and technologies. Leadership Series — Business-focused discussions on strategy, workforce development, and navigating an evolving market, including new programs, partnerships, and opportunities to grow your business. In 2027, the RESNET Professional Development Program will provide year-round access to practical technical guidance, market and business insights, and opportunities to connect with experts and peers—all while making it easier for professionals to participate without the time and expense of traveling to a national event. Then, in 2028, we’ll bring the industry back together in person for the Inaugural RESNET Summit in Savannah. The new two-day Summit will be designed around what our community values most: focused technical education, meaningful industry discussions, strong connections, and opportunities to learn from one another.
