TITLE: Qualified HERS® Rater & Plan Review Design Technician REPORTS TO: President of the Company BASED AT: GS Services, LTD, Fort Collins, Colorado SALARY: Negotiable & based on experience JOB BRIEF: GS Services is a company that provides Energy Ratings, Design Assistance, and Code Verification Services for new construction (residential & commercial) in northern Colorado. We are looking for an experienced HERS® Rater & Plan Review Design Technician. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of projects including floor plans, projected & confirmed reports, and provide Manual J, S, D designs. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Energy Modeling •HVAC Load/ Design work •Field Data Gathering •Database Project Management •Draw area of interest diagrams for field use •Work as part of a team within the organization REQUIREMENTS: •Experience as a HERS® Rater •Proven design experience (Plan Review) •Provide the Manual J, S, D using Wrightsoft •Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Plan take off/Onscreen take off, Energy modeling, REM rate/design, Wrightsoft, RESchek) •Compiles all reports pertaining to Design •Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas CLOSING DATE: Please submit all resumes via mail or email by May 1, 2019 to: GS Services, LTD 309 Lincoln Court Ft.
