RESNET Proposes a Draft MINHERS® Addendum: Draft PDS-01 of proposed Addendum 47f: Test Exception for Ducts in Conditioned Space Comment period May 18, 2020 – June 16, 2020 RESNET Standard Development Committee 300 approved draft PDS-01 of Addendum 47f for public review and comment. Only changes to the Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards (MINHERS) shown in draft PDS-01 by strike-through/underline in red print are open for comment. Proposed Addendum 47f is the follow up to Interim Addendum 47i which amends the RESNET Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards to provide a temporary exception to duct leakage testing for certain types of ducts located within conditioned space. Public comments will be accepted from May 18, 2020, through June 16, 2020. The draft addendum, comment form, and comments posted to date are posted at Draft PDS-01 of proposed Addendum 47f, Test Exception for Ducts in Conditioned Space. After the comment period, the RESNET Standard Development Committee 300 will consider and document each of the comments submitted and make appropriate changes. Substantive changes will be submitted for public comment.
