PUBLIC COMMENT: Draft PDS-02, RESNET/ICC 1580: CO2e Emissions Based on Metered Data, for Operational Ratings The standard provides criteria for how to estimate CO2e emissions from measured data on electricity and fuel consumption of a facility or organization. Draft PDS-01 was submitted for public review and comment in September 2024. Draft PDS-02 incorporates changes in response to comments received on draft PDS-01.
