Sandra K. Adomatis Appointed to the RESNET Board of Directors

Sandra K. Adomatis, SRA, was appointed by the RESNET Board of Directors to fill a vacancy as an appraiser organization representative on the RESNET Board. The term of the appointment is through December 31, 2024.

Sandra is the 2023 President-Elect and 2024 President of the Appraisal Institute.

Sandra Adomatis, SRA, member of the Appraisal Institute since 1984, is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and CEO of Adomatis Appraisal Service in Punta Gorda, FL. She is an Appraisal Institute instructor, developer of seminars and courses, Appraisal Journal author, a contributor to textbooks, and author of Residential Green Valuation Tools. Sandra is a national spokesperson to state and federal governmental agencies, energy organizations, REALTOR groups, state coalitions, national and local homebuilder groups, and utility companies.

Sandra has been a tireless advocate for appraising the value of green and HERS-rated homes. She is the author of the green addendum for the standard appraisal form.  She was the keynote speaker at the RESNET Conference in New Orleans and presented at many RESNET Conferences.
