New Report Shows Lower HERS Index Scores Command Better Sales Price

The North Carolina Building Performance Association (NCBPA) announced the release of its third annual energy efficient, green and high-performance home and building report, “2017 North Carolina Energy Efficient, Green and High Performance Home and Building Inventory Report”.
