It will cover topics such as: FHA, VA, and conventional guidelines, Existing home and new construction EEMs, Completing an EEM step-by-step, Proper documentation and report requirements, How to use REM/Rate effectively, Working with lenders and real estate agents, Case studies of new purchases and refinances, Marketing ideas and strategies. Plus, you will get tools and materials that will simplify the process and minimize your turn-around time which is critical to your success, and the success of your clients.
