The Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) Team is presenting at the RESNET and ACCA conference next week, and we hope you will join us to learn more about our current projects and to exchange ideas. On Thursday, February 28, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m., Ely Jacobsohn, the U.S. Department of Energy’s HPwES Program Manager, and Courtney Moriarta, HPwES Technical Lead, will present “Advancing the Industry: Teamwork in Supporting the Market for HPwES.” They will provide an overview of the current plans for enhancements to the HPwES Program, including a summary of the recently published HPwES Program Report, and updates on the HPwES Team’s current projects. The session will be in the Grand Ballroom 10 Later in the evening, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., Ely and Courtney will host an HPwES Forum for HVAC Contractors and Raters. They will be looking to hear from you to learn about how HVAC contractors and raters are currently doing business and what is needed to promote greater participation in the home performance market. This meeting is intended to be an open discussion and is your chance to tell us about what works and doesn’t work to make home performance profitable for you. Join us in Grand Ballroom 10
