Comment Period February 24 – March 26, 2020 RESNET Standard Development Committee 900 approved draft PDS-01 of Addendum 46 for public review and comment. Only changes to the Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards (MINHERS) shown in draft PDS-01 by strike-through/underline in red print are open for comment. Proposed Addendum 46 amends the RESNET Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards, Chapter 6 requirements for the Sampling. The draft revisions to Chapter 6 update the original 2006 procedures and expand provisions to multifamily dwellings. They are intended to enhance the national consistency of rating procedures and HERS® Index Score. Public comments will be accepted through March 26, 2020. The draft addendum, comment form, and comments submitted to date are posted at Draft PDS-01 of proposed Addendum 46: Sampling. After the comment period, RESNET Standard Development Committee 900 will consider and document each of the comments submitted and make appropriate changes. Substantive changes will be submitted for public comment.
