RESNET Releases Draft Standard for Public Comment: Draft PDS-02 of MINHERS® Addendum 58f: Pre-Drywall Inspections QA RESNET Standard Development Committee 900 approved Draft PDS-02 of MINHERS® Addendum 58f, Pre-Drywall Inspections QA, for public review and comment. Proposed Addendum 58f amends the RESNET Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards (MINHERS), Chapter 9 to clarify the status of field QA for pre-drywall inspections. When finalized Addendum 58f will replace interim Addendum 58i. The draft addendum, comment form, and comments received are posted at Draft PDS-02, MINHERS® Addendum 58f, Pre-Drywall Inspections. After the comment period, RESNET Standard Development Committee 900 will consider and respond to each of the comments submitted and make appropriate changes to the next draft. Any substantive changes will be submitted for public comment. Public comments will be accepted from October 13, 2021, through November 11, 2021.
