RESNET Standard Development Committee 300 issued the interpretation of Standard ANSI/RESNET/ICC 380-2019 to clarify that whole house ventilation fan products with integrated test ports may be used in testing to determine ventilation flow. The interpretation specifically verifies that the presence of integrated test ports (i.e., integral holes designated for measuring static pressure to determine the corresponding airflow) satisfies the Standard’s requirement for a “tool that is integrated into the ventilation equipment”.
