Draft PDS-03 Addendum 77, Integrated Heat Pump Water Heaters RESNET® releases Draft PDS-03 RESNET HERS Addendum 77, Integrated Heat Pump Water Heaters, for public review and comment. Proposed Addendum 77 amends the 2022 edition of Standard 301 to define terms, provide clarifications, and enhance the assessment of integrated Heat Pump Water Heaters located in confined spaces. The draft addendum, comment form, and comments received are posted at Draft PDS-03 RESNET HERS Addendum 77. Public comments will be accepted from October 29, 2025, through December 7, 2025. Draft PDS-03 Addendum 82, DX AC/HP Modeling RESNET® releases draft PDS-03 of RESNET HERS Addendum 82, DX AC/HP Modeling, for public review and comment. The addendum establishes requirements for the modeling of direct expansion air conditioner and heat pump systems that will be incorporated into RESNET-accredited HERS rating software to improve the accuracy and consistency of ratings.
