Addendum 43, revises the MINHERS® criteria for when new addenda are first authorized for use and when their use becomes mandatory. January 1 and July 1 are the default Mandatory Compliance Date. Previously, homes with a building permit date on or after the Mandatory Compliance Date must comply with the provisions of new addenda.
