PUBLIC COMMENT: PDS-02 BSR/RESNET/ICC 301-2022 Addendum A-202x, Renewable Energy Certificates RESNET Standard Development Committee 300 approved Draft PDS-02 of BSR/RESNET/ICC 301-2022 Addendum A-202x, Renewable Energy Certificates, for public review and comment. Proposed Addendum A modifies Standard 301-2022 for consistency with criteria for reporting the ownership status of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), (if they apply to installed renewable energy systems), established by MINHERS® Addendum 65 for the RESNET HERS. (Note: Standard 301-2019 recently became the basis for calculation RESNET HERS® Index ratings so Standard 301-2022 will not take effect for the HERS® soon. Addendum A is intended to ensure Standard 301-2022 is consistent with the standards currently adopted for the RESNET HERS® when that transition occurs)The draft addendum, comment form, and comments received are posted at Draft PDS-02, BSR/RESNET/ICC 301-2022 Addendum A-202x, RECs.
