RESNET is pleased to announce the recipients of the 7th annual Emerging Leader Fellowship. The 2026 Emerging Leader Fellows are (pictured above L to R): • Hayden Cantoni, New Ecology (HERS® Rater) • Abigail Eipert, Gothard, Bremen Energy Auditors, LLC (HERS® Rater) • Courtney Holland, Southern Energy Management (HERS® Rater) Launched in 2019, the fellowship offers today’s up-and-coming HERS Raters, Rating Field Inspectors (RFIs), and HERS Modelers who are passionate about HERS and energy performance, the chance to attend the RESNET Conference on March 17-20 in San Antonio, Texas. In 2016, the RESNET Board of Directors established the Emerging Leadership Council to recruit and engage the next generation of leaders for the organization and the rating industry.
