RESNET Board of Directors Virtual Town Hall Meeting: Opportunity to Have a Dialog with Your Board Representatives December 15, 2020 The RESNET Board of Directors is the governing body of RESNET. The primary responsibilities of the RESNET Board of Directors are: • Maintain strategic vision of organization • Fiduciary oversight of organization • Governance oversight of organization’s compliance to the RESNET By-laws, the laws and regulations of the State of California and the IRS rules for (501)c3 organizations RESNET Board members are elected to two-year terms by the RESNET membership. RESNET will be hosting a town hall meeting with the RESNET Board of Directors. Issues that will be addressed include: • What is the role of the RESNET Board? • What is the direction that the RESNET Board will like RESNET to head over the next five years? • What are RESNET priorities for 2021? Attendees will also get the opportunity to participate in a Questions and Answers session moderated by Bill Spohn, host of RESNET’s RESTalk podcast.
