RESNET Members: Notice of 2019 RESNET Board of Directors Election

The 2019 RESNET Board Election voting will be online and the deadline for voting will be Monday, December 16, 2019.

The RESNET By-Laws provides for staggered terms of office of two years for board members.  The tenure of the following seats will expire on December 31, 2019:

Provider Representatives – 6 Seats

HERS® Rating Company Representative – 1 Seat

RESNET Energy Smart Production Builder Representatives – 2 Seats

Contractor Representative – 1 Seat

Water Efficiency Representative – 1 Seat

According to Section 3.03 of the RESNET By-Laws on the RESNET board elections, members of each membership category elect their representatives on the board for two year terms.

Persons interested in being considered by the 2019 Board Election Nominations Committee must complete the online application by September 30, 2019. The application will include a Statement of Affiliations and Interests for Candidates for the RESNET Board of Directors and a Candidate Questionnaire that must be completed to be considered.

The following are the timelines for the 2019 RESNET Board Election:
Call for nominations to be considered as candidates for the RESNET 2019 Board election:  September 6, 2019

Deadline for Applications to be Board Candidate: September 30, 2019

Notification of board candidates nominated by the 2019 RESNET Board Nominations Committee:  October 18, 2019

Deadline for Submitting Petitions to be Independent  Nominations: November 18, 2019

Link to Online Ballot Emailed to Membership: December 2, 2019

Deadline for Online Voting: December 16, 2019

Announcement of Election Results: December 20, 2019
