PUBLIC COMMENT: Draft PDS-03, RESNET/ICC 1580: CO2e Emissions Based on Metered Data, for Operational Ratings The standard provides criteria for estimating CO2e emissions using measured data for electricity and fuel consumption of a facility or organization. Draft PDS-03 incorporates changes made by the RESNET Standards Development Committee to enhance the standard and to conform to presentation norms for RESNET standards. The draft addendum, comment form, and comments received are posted at Draft PDS-03, RESNET/ICC 1580-202x. Public comments will be accepted from July 18, 2025, through August 17, 2025.
