The voting on the proposed revised RESNET By-Laws ended yesterday and the new By-Laws were adopted. In a record turnout, 59% of RESNET’s members voted in the amended by-laws ballot. The required quorum of the RESNET membership was surpassed. Members voted by an overwhelming majority (97%) to adopt the revised by-laws.
