Single Family Home Rental Giant AMH Releases 2024 Sustainability Report

On July 25, 2025, AMH, one of the largest rental single-family home developers in the U.S., released its 2024 Sustainability Report.

The report used the RESNET® HERS® Index scores as an environmental construction metric.

AMH reported that their company uses the HERS Index to evaluate the anticipated energy efficiency of their developments.  All their new homes are HERS rated.
