About the Role
Are you passionate about helping others achieve their career goals? Join our dynamic team as a Case Manager and make a meaningful difference in the lives of participants in our RFI and HERS Modeler Mentorship Program. You’ll be a key player in guiding individuals from initial assessment through successful job placement, collaborating closely with leadership and technical experts to deliver exceptional support.
What You’ll Do
Empower Participants:

  • Conduct needs assessments and intake interviews to understand each participant’s strengths and challenges.
  • Provide weekly success coaching, offering guidance and encouragement to help participants overcome barriers and reach their goals.
  • Connect students with dedicated career mentors and wrap around support services to enhance success in the program and job placement afterwards.

Drive Program Success:

  • Organize and track program documentation and key data for grant reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Establish timelines, manage workflow, and ensure participants complete all program requirements on schedule.
  • Support job placement and retention, including running support groups and providing ongoing contact for at least six months post-training.

Collaborate & Communicate:

  • Serve as a vital link between students, mentors, employers, and program stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Participate in strategic planning to help expand and enhance our Mentorship Program.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and contribute updates on project progress and grant reporting.
  • Represent the program at Massachusetts-based grant-related events 2–3 times per year.

What You’ll Bring
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field required; MSW preferred.
  • Experience: Proven background in needs assessment and case management; grant reporting and GPS training a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Massachusetts-based wrap-around support services and agencies.
  • Excellent outreach, advocacy, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and comfort working with diverse populations.
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and adaptability.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, and Slack.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work remotely and perform computer-based tasks for extended periods.
