The video fully adheres to the Rules & Guidelines for submission. All presenters and companies represented in the video are listed in the form below. You may submit videos for multiple topics, each submission should be submitted with its own individual form. If the file size is too large to submit through the file upload below, please use Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer and send an accessible link to download.
