Improving the energy efficiency of each home we build is vital to that effort. The first step was adopting a rating system, allowing us to gain a baseline understanding of efficiency to gauge future improvements. Through 2022, over 58,000 new Richmond American homes were rated for energy efficiency. ”To download the ESG report go to Richmond American Homes Sustainability Report M.D.C.
