The results of the 2021 RESNET Board Election are in. As a result of member voting, Sandy Gallo and Jonathan Risch Howard are newly elected to the RESNET Board. The following is an introduction to the new Board members:

Sandy R. Gallo

Sandy R. Gallo was elected as a Provider Representative on the RESNET Board.

Sandy currently serves as Director of Building Science & Field Operations for the RESNET accredited Quality Assurance Rating Provider TopBuild Home Services. He has served in three of the largest Rating Providers as a Manager, Education and Training Manager, Senior Operating Manager. Mr. Gallo has years of experience in the HERS® industry having been certified as a RESNET HERS® Rater, RESNET Quality Assurance Designee, Rater Instructor, ICC Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner and Master Infrared Thermographer. Sandy has also served on a number of RESNET working groups.

Jonathan Risch

As CEO of DPIS/Ei, the largest provider of HERS® and other Energy Rating services, Jonathan represents strongly aligned interests in the development of RESNET and the HERS® rating processes to the benefit of all providers, raters and our customers, the single-family home builder.

RESNET Executive Director Steve Baden welcomed the newly elected RESNET Board members stating, “I congratulate Sandy Gallo and Jonathan Risch on being elected by their peers to the RESNET Board. I am confident that they will bring new energy and fresh ideas to the Board.
