Draft PDS-01, RESNET/ICC 1550-202x, Standard for Quantifying, Verifying and Reporting the Embodied Carbon of Buildings with Dwelling and Sleeping Units (Comment opens July 31, 2026)

Proposed standard RESNET/ICC 1550-202x establishes a methodology for quantifying, verifying and reporting embodied carbon emissions associated with building products and buildings.

This first public review draft, PDS-01 of RESNET/ICC 1550-202x, is submitted for public comment for 45 days, beginning July 31, 2026, and ending September 14, 2026. All underlined text in red print is open for comment. Text not in red print is not open for comment unless otherwise indicated.
